A refit of 7 floors within a landmark heritage building in the Sydney CBD.

The goal was to increase capacity, retain and attract talent and activate space through meaningful design, while achieving a positive return on the project investment. The project was undertaken as a staged churn project completing between 2-3 floors at a time and assisting with all relocation works, including IT equipment installation.
