Metem completed the refurbishment of the SEN premises at 165 Walker Street.
The refurbishment involved amalgamation of 3 separate tenancies on the floor into a single tenanted space.
The key drivers for the space was to provide two additional large studios suitable for both audio and video broadcasting, a new front of house breakout that displayed the studios and ensuring that the existing studios and business operations continued throughout the construction.
