Metem was engaged under an ECI model to deliver a 3-level fitout, elevating TMBL’s workplace into a modern, consolidated, engaging environment that encourages employees to return to and enjoy working from the office. As part of the ECI phase Metem undertook the design of all services and managed an AV system upgrade.
