Metem constructed The Executive Centre’s latest co-working destination at 400 George Street.

Engaged under a traditional construct-only model, the fitout features premium acoustically treated suites, complemented by a front-of-house members’ lounge incorporating a café, bar, drop-in workspaces and booths, alongside a range of private meeting spaces.

Metem applied a strong buildability focus throughout delivery, interrogating detailing and construction interfaces to develop practical, cost-effective solutions without compromising the design intent. Particular attention was given to the kitchen and bespoke joinery packages, where materials, detailing and installation methodologies were carefully resolved to accommodate high-end finishes while maintaining programme, budget and quality outcomes.
